These conditions have been set up for your protection and to clarify the method and rules of work for Al Shula Perfumes Store regarding return and exchange:

Regarding returns, we regret to say that cosmetic products are not subject to return or exchange except in the following cases:

1- When the customer receives the product and there is an error in the type of the product sent, the customer will be compensated either with the value of the product or sending the real product, if any, at the expense of the store. The customer must verify and review the purchase invoice and match it with the products that arrived from the store before using it and opening the product’s solvent. In the event that the product is used and opened (the original credit), the customer will not be compensated for any amounts, according to the policies of selling perfumes and cosmetic products globally.

2- In the event that there is any defect in the product or a wrong product was received by the perfume expert store, we compensate the customer by returning the wrong product to us, and we either return the amount to the same account or credit card from which it was transferred, or deliver the correct goods according to the required purchase invoice for free.

3- In the event that a product is returned, it must be within 7 days from the date of receipt, with the presence of the invoice, and the product must be in its original condition and the fragrance unopened (presence of the original perfume cellophane). Any product other than that will not be accepted, and the customer will bear the fees for returning the product.

4- It will not be accepted to return any product that has been used and the product has been opened or arrived in its non-original condition.

5 – In the event that the customer wants to exchange the product without a defect in the product and has not opened the perfume (with the presence of the original cellophane), then the store is not responsible for paying the shipping costs for return, in addition to the customer paying the costs of shipping the replacement piece again and the fees for returning the product to the store.

6- In the event that the order has been shipped to the customer and he wants to cancel the order and recover the amount of the order while it is on the way to him and he did not receive the order, the customer bears the fees for returning the shipment, and the shipping amount is deducted from the total order and the amount is returned to the customer’s account after receiving the shipment from the shipping company within a maximum period of 15 days from the date of receiving it from the shipping company.

In order to ensure your safety, Al Shula Perfumes Store does not allow the return or exchange of its products, except for the following cases only:

Products that reach you are damaged or defective.

The arrival of a product different from your order.

You can exchange / return a damaged / defective product within 7 days of the purchase.

The product must be in the same condition it was received in, and no change in shape or appearance has occurred in it, and it has not been used.

  2. In order to replace the product, it is required that the product be in a sound condition, and that the consumer has not used the product or obtained its benefit, and (Al Shoula Perfume Store) has the right to inspect the product before replacing it to ensure its safety.
  3. The consumer is not entitled to replace the product in the following cases:

If the product was manufactured at the consumer’s request or according to specifications specified by him, with the exception of products that have a defect or that violate the specifications specified by the consumer.

If a defect appears in the product due to the consumer’s improper possession.

  1.   3. The consumer is not entitled to return the product in the following cases:
