مريم بالحاف تؤمن بأن اليد العاملة مباركة، وكل ما يأتي من القلب يصل ويلمس قلوب الناس وحياتهم تماماً مثل عطورها وبخورها بخلاصة اللبان الظفاري، لذلك كانت علامتها التجارية بخط يدها... بسيطة ومنفتحة لتكون للشعلة هوية جديدة وتحويلها لإرث لأبنائها وأحفادها لسنوات وسنوات قادمة بإذن الله.

في الشعلة، نمتلك تراثاً عمانياً عريقاً وعلى خطى الأجداد مشينا في إستخراج أجود أنواع اللبان الظفاري ليعكس تاريخ وجمال طبيعتنا، وحِرفة اللبان متوارثة من أجدادنا وكانوا رعاة الغنم والإبل ومصدر رزقهم من شجرة اللبان، أثناء تنقلهم خلف الكلأ والمرعى، ومن لب قداسة الأرض الشاسعة تنفح شجرةٌ عطريةٌ ضارعةٌ، بعزٍ وفخر صنعنا من هذا التاريخ العطري التليد لنستخلص بعمق المحبة عطورنا من دمع الشجر قطرات ملؤها الحب إنساب في قنينة عطر.
Who We Are
At Al Shoala, we carry a rich Omani heritage, walking in the footsteps of our ancestors in extracting the finest Dhofar frankincense to reflect the history and beauty of our land. The art of frankincense harvesting has been passed down from our forefathers, who were shepherds of sheep and camels, with their livelihood coming from the frankincense tree as they roamed in search of pasture. From the sacred soil of vast lands, a fragrant tree exudes its essence, and with pride and honor, we have crafted from this ancient aromatic history to extract, with deep love, our perfumes from the tears of the tree, drops filled with love that flow into the bottle of perfume.

الشعلة الرواد في صناعة منتجات اللبان الطبيعية محلياً عالمياً. هدفنا هو توسيع نطاقنا دولياً مع الحفاظ على تراثنا، وتقديم منتجات اللبان العريقة ومستدامة وصديقة للبيئة تبرز أصالة اللبان العماني، ولتكن بسمتنا صادقة وقلوبنا صافية وبيئتنا نظيفة.
Our message
Al Shoala, the pioneer of torch-bearing in the manufacture of natural frankincense products locally and globally, aims to expand its reach internationally while preserving our heritage. Our goal is to provide ancient, sustainable, and environmentally friendly frankincense products that highlight the authenticity of Omani frankincense, let our smile be honest, our hearts clear, and our environment clean.
مريم بنت أحمد بن عاطي بلحاف صاحبة مشروع الشعلة للعطور والبخور واللبان إحدى أبرز رائدات الأعمال في محافظة ظفار فهي شخصية مؤثرة ذات إبتكار وطموح ، شغوفة جدا بنقل إرث عائلتها في مجال البخور وحرفة اللبان كانت إنطلاقتها الأولى لمشروع الشعلة من المنزل فقد تم إشهار مؤسسة الشعلة للعطور واللبان في عام 1998، بإفتتاح متجر صغير ومع الإصرار والمثابرة سعت مريم بمساعدة أبناءها للتوسع من معمل صغير لمصنع أكبر بمنطقة ريسوت الصناعية (مدائن) واليوم للشعلة عدة فروع موزعة حول صلالة ومسقط .. فازت بعدة جوائز أهمها جائزة السلطان قابوس للإجادة الحرفية 2010 ولها عدة لقاءات مع قنوات عالمية مثل CNN وقناة روسيا اليوم، والتلفزيون الألماني والإيطالي وكثير من القنوات الخليجية.
كما أن للشعلة دور كبير وأساسي في دعم الكثير من الأنشطة الشبابية بالجامعات والكليات والقطاع الحكومي والخاص وأيضاً في المجال التطوعي ودعم مدارس القرآن الكريم .
Maryam bint Ahmed bin Ati Balhaf, the owner of the Al Shoala project for perfumes, incense and frankincense, is one of the most prominent entrepreneurs in the Governorate of Dhofar. She is an influential personality with innovation and ambition, very passionate about transmitting her family's legacy in the field of incense and the frankincense craft.
The inauguration of Al Shoala establishment for perfumes and frankincense was in 1998, by opening a small shop and with persistence and perseverance, Maryam sought with the help of her children to expand from a small factory to a larger factory in Raysut Industrial Area (Madayen).
Today, Al Shoala has several branches distributed around Salalah and Muscat.. Moreover, Maryam won several awards, the most important of which is the Sultan Qaboos Award for Craft Excellence 2010 she was interviewed with international channels such as CNN, Russia Today, German and Italian TV, and many Gulf channels
