Shipping, exchange, return, payment and cancellation policy at Al-Shaala Perfumes
Delivery location
All shipments available on our website are eligible for shipping to all cities in the Gulf States, Jordan, Iraq, the United States of America, the Netherlands, Spain, Germany, Italy, France, Greece and some European countries. Despite our constant endeavor to deliver all your orders to your doorstep, some orders may be directed to be received from the branch of the delivery company closest to you because some cities and villages are not supported for home delivery service through our delivery service providers
Delivery time
We work with the best delivery service providers available and strive to deliver your orders with the highest quality and speed possible. The mentioned delivery times are based on working days, which are all days of the week except Friday
All orders that are not available in fast delivery warehouses and special orders such as packaging, carving, etc. are excluded from the estimated times below, where the delivery period is from two to seven working days
Shipping to the Gulf States: two to 7 working days
Shipping to Jordan and Iraq: from two to 14 working days
Shipping to European countries and the United States of America: from two to 14 working days
Return Terms
Al-Shaala Perfumes offers an easy and reassuring policy to our valued customers, where you can return all products for free within 7 days from the date of receipt and get a refund according to the following conditions:
The product has not been opened and is in its original condition and free of defects
The product has not been packaged, manufactured, combined, modified or packaged at the customer's request
If there is a defect in the product, it was not due to the customer's actions
The original invoice is available
Orders from outside Oman cannot be returned except in the event of manufacturing defects (proven by the customer)
Al-Shaala Perfumes covers all return costs in the following cases and provided that 7 days have not passed since receiving the order
Receiving a damaged product
Receiving a product different from the requested
The order arrived missing one or more products
The order arrived with one or more products more than paid

It does not accept open or used products, and in the event that returned products are received It turned out that it is not in its original condition and will be reshipped to the customer, with the customer bearing the shipping costs according to each country
First:

You need to provide
A copy of the invoice or order number - pictures of the products - keep all products with you, even the damaged ones
Third:
Customer service representatives will analyze your request, and if all conditions are met, a new shipping policy will be issued to you on your email registered in the request, after which you will need to print the policy and deliver it to the branch of the delivery service provider to which you will be directed by customer service. We cannot guarantee that the returned product will be received by the delivery company from your doorstep
Fourth:
Once your returned shipment arrives to us, it will be verified that it matches the submitted order, then a cash refund request will be created for you using the same method by which payment was made. The refund process usually takes from 1 to 14 business days depending on the bank you are dealing with.
Note: You can return your order to any of our branches in the Sultanate of Oman to speed up your refund, but after submitting the order and obtaining approval from the customer service representative in the online store to coordinate the return from the branch.
